Rewards remains a very specific area where the scarcity of resources in the market remains the rule. The good C&B specialists are rare, hard to retain and difficult to attract. Therefore, in our experience we have constant been confronted to a small but constant turnover of the resources

Amaze put’s himself in the shoes of the Manager that loses a resource and has to accept it will take long time until a replacement will be found.

  • We support you for recruitment of your next C&B expert or Manager.

How we do this?

We know that often a high level of C&B understanding is needed to fulfil some of your internal tasks. If one of your employees is leaving and you hire us we will ensure the interim tasks until the new employee is hired. How this will work?

  • We will agree with you on the estimated amount of time for hiring
  • We will come on board immediately after agreement so that we can take stock and ensure continuation during the current or future absence of the employee leaving
  • We will fulfil the required tasks of the employee during this period
  • Once the period of recruitment achieved, we will ensure the employee is in place or maintain our service until the employee is in place.

At the end of our mandate we will also offer you (if desired) advice on your current C&B practices and some potential interesting solutions for you.
